I did something pretty huge today. Sent away some super important emails about uni next year which I have been scared and let’s face it procrastinating for quite some time. When thinking about what I want to do with my life, I am not ashamed to say I don’t know what I want to be yet. Now I think of it, do you really have to be one thing your whole life? I would much rather have my foot in a range of different things all surrounding what I love. One thing I do know though is that nothing else excites me more than food and that I love learning everything and anything about it. Sorry, that was two things. Today I’ll leave you with some wise words from a culinary genius, Ms Julia Child. Her quotes constantly inspire me because I think when you find your passion, you are crazy not to stay tremendously interested in it.
